The Application Process

SeekFinance will keep in touch with you at every stage of the process,from loan approval to settlement and beyond. You will have one direct contact throughout the whole process.

1. People who are interested in discussing or applying for a mortgage can phone us on 1300 100 500 or send us an email and one of our loan consultants will get back to you.

2. The next step will be to discuss which lenders would best suit your circumstances and what loan structure is the most appropriate.

3. We would then meet to go over these options in more detail and complete the loan application.

4. SeekFinance will then lodge your application together with all the supporting documentation to the preferred lender.

5. Once your loan is approved your lender will send out the Letter of Offer and other documents for you to sign and return.Your solicitor will then organise settlement of your loan.

6. This is only the beginning of the relationship.You will now become a valued member of our Ongoing Customer Care Program.
